If you choose to enroll, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, along with information related to your account such as your loyalty ID or rewards account number and any other details you choose to share (for example, your name, preferred store, or shopping interests).
We use this information to send you SMS messages such as promotions, coupons, rewards or loyalty updates, and other store or program alerts, and to link your mobile number to your loyalty or rewards account so that offers can be applied and personalized. We may also use information about how you interact with our messages (for example, whether links are clicked) to help us understand and improve the SMS Program.
We may share your information with trusted service providers, including Goodlight AI and other vendors that help us deliver SMS messages, manage loyalty or rewards programs, process data, or perform analytics on our behalf; they are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Participation in the SMS Program is voluntary, and message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You can opt out of SMS marketing at any time by texting STOP to the number used for the program, and you may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy. In addition to SMS text messages, we may offer optional voice call features, which may be provided and powered in part by our service provider, Goodlight AI. If you choose to enroll in these voice features, we may use your phone number and account information (such as your loyalty or rewards account) to place calls that may include live agents, automated systems, or artificial/prerecorded voices, including AI-generated voices.
We use these voice services to provide marketing offers, loyalty or rewards updates, and other store-related or program-related information, and to improve our services through analytics. We may share your information with trusted service providers, including Goodlight AI and telephony vendors, who help us place and manage these calls and are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. You may opt out of marketing calls at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided during the call (if available) or by contacting us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy.
By enrolling in our SMS text messaging program, or by texting a keyword to [designated phone number or short code] (the “Program Number”), you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Cosentino’s Market, which may include promotional offers, digital coupons, loyalty or rewards updates, and other store-related or program-related messages. Messages may be sent using an automated dialing system. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us, but you can expect to receive up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and you are responsible for any such charges. You must be the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide and meet any age requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the Program Number. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us via that number. We may link your mobile phone number to your loyalty or rewards account so that we can send you loyalty-related messages and apply offers to your account when you shop with us. The SMS Program is provided on an “as is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or misdelivery of messages caused by your mobile carrier, wireless service, or equipment. We may modify or discontinue the SMS Program, or update these SMS Terms, at any time. Your continued participation in the SMS Program after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
With your separate consent where required, Cosentino’s Market may also contact you at the phone number you provide by placing marketing and informational voice calls, which may include calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or AI-generated voice technology, and may involve a live agent.
