SMS Program & Loyalty Data

Voice Calls & AI-Driven Voice Services

In addition to SMS text messages, we may offer optional voice call features, which may be provided and powered in part by our service provider, Goodlight AI. If you choose to enroll in these voice features, we may use your phone number and account information (such as your loyalty or rewards account) to place calls that may include live agents, automated systems, or artificial/prerecorded voices, including AI-generated voices.

We use these voice services to provide marketing offers, loyalty or rewards updates, and other store-related or program-related information, and to improve our services through analytics. We may share your information with trusted service providers, including Goodlight AI and telephony vendors, who help us place and manage these calls and are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. You may opt out of marketing calls at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided during the call (if available) or by contacting us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

By enrolling in our SMS text messaging program, or by texting a keyword to [designated phone number or short code] (the “Program Number”), you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Cosentino’s Market, which may include promotional offers, digital coupons, loyalty or rewards updates, and other store-related or program-related messages. Messages may be sent using an automated dialing system. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us, but you can expect to receive up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and you are responsible for any such charges. You must be the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide and meet any age requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the Program Number. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us via that number. We may link your mobile phone number to your loyalty or rewards account so that we can send you loyalty-related messages and apply offers to your account when you shop with us.
